A. Turnaround time varies from project to project. Depending on your specifications (For example: if you require design work, if your files are print-ready, the quantity of your order, the complexity of the finishing (scoring/folding/binding), etc. We will be able to give you a time estimate when we know all the specifications.

Q. Can you send me a price list?

A. Prices can vary depending on the project, based on size, materials, set-up, color, quantity, etc. We will be able to give you a price estimate after evaluating the project specifications and art files. Please fill out our quote form to receive a free price estimate.

Q. What can I do if I don't have the original art for my logo?

Q. Will I see a proof before my job is printed?

A. Yes, you will receive a low-resolution color PDF that you will be able to proofread and request changes, if needed. You may also request a printed proof for an extra fee.

Q. What is the difference between CMYK and RGB?

A. "RGB" refers to the primary colors of red, green, and blue. "CMYK" refers to the primary colors of pigment: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. RGB is used when referring to light. For example, your computer screen and digital camera use an RGB color space. CMYK colors are process colors used on printing presses.
