All files need to be created at the final size plus bleed. We require at least an 1/8 of an inch of bleed. In other words please build your document a 1/4 of an inch larger than the final trim size. Text must be at least 1/8th inch inside of the cut line on all sides. If your project is a bound book you need to leave a gutter (a gutter is the space between folded pages) To allow for 1/4 of an inch margin on each page, the gutter will need to be 1/2 an inch.
If working in a vector based program, please select all text and convert it to outlines. If working in a raster based program please flatten all images before sending.
The resolution of files being submitted for print should be 300dpi.
All files must be submitted in CMYK. If a file is submitted in RGB it will be converted to CMYK.
If you are using a PC we suggest compressing your file(s) using WinZip. If you are using a MAC we suggest compressing your file(s) using StuffIt. By compressing your file it will decrease the total size of your project and the chances of corruption.
